I offer individualized medical and psychiatric evaluations for individuals considering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) or psilocybin-assisted therapy (PAT). These consultations focus on assessing safety and clinical appropriateness, reviewing relevant medical and mental health history, and supporting informed decision-making. Through collaboration with your therapist and natural medicine facilitator, when applicable, I aim to make the evaluation process thoughtful, thorough, and centered on your individual needs.
Ketamine Evaluations
Available by referral from the ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) therapists with whom I collaborate, this comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation assesses whether ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a safe and appropriate treatment option based on your unique medical history, mental health needs, and treatment goals. If you are determined to be an appropriate candidate, a ketamine prescription will be provided for use in conjunction with your therapy sessions.
Psychedelic Consultations and Evaluations
As a licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in training, I offer consultations for individuals interested in exploring psilocybin-assisted therapy. During this session, we’ll review your goals, mental health history, current medications, and safety considerations while answering your questions about the process. I will also collaborate with your therapist and natural medicine facilitator to support coordinated care, thoughtful preparation, and alignment around your therapeutic goals. My goal is to help you make an informed decision about whether psilocybin-assisted therapy is right for you.
